Positive change is afoot along Fort Collins’ Mulberry Avenue, a formerly industrial area that’s rapidly urbanizing with desirable new amenities.
The Mulberry Street Corridor is bordered to the east by I-25 and to the west by Lemay Avenue. This eastern gateway to Fort Collins has suffered neglect in recent years, but there is a passionate movement for transforming this area into a commercial and industrial hub with small business opportunities, multimodal transportation options, improved infrastructure, and unique and affordable residential options like what’s coming to Bloom.
