Bloom Park

The northern anchor to the Aria corridor, Bloom Park is where the neighborhood really blossoms. A place for family, friends and neighbors to come out and play. Life will be in full bloom here. Greenhouse-inspired amenities will activate the senses. Greenspaces that captivate the imagination and rejuvenate the spirit. Connections with water and all of its calming properties. Whether overlooking it, or splashing in it at the resort-style pool.

Cooper Connection

Running west to east, this is Bloom’s connection to what blossoms beyond it. A natural pathway to even more nature and the Cooper Slough trail system. People and pollinators will be magnetically drawn to this uniquely landscaped corridor. Designed for exploration with a low-key vibe, Cooper Connection transports residents through a naturalized trail system that connects neighbors and neighboring areas.

Lower Aria

The lifeblood of Bloom. The Lower Aria is a pedestrian-inspired corridor designed to colorfuly connect people and places and create a natural blend from urban energy to residential character. Whether coming from the Community Green or headed to it, your travel will be met with artistic lighting and unique expressions of Bloom to carry you along.

Upper Aria

While Lower Aria feels a bit more urban, Upper Aria will offer a more playful path to and from Bloom Park and the Community Green. This is a path with a more leisurely vibe, where environmental elements encourage you to stop and smell the roses. Creative forms and furnishing offer inviting spaces to sit and relax.

Community Green

This is the neighborhood’s urban heartbeat. Where a diverse mix of uses is designed to bring people together in harmony. The Community Green is where every part of your day comes alive. It’s a place where residents and the rest of Fort Collins come to gather, enjoy a farmers market, a movie on the lawn, and slower times with friends. Kids, adults and the kid in you will all find something.

Greenfields Gateway

This is the intersection of Greenfields Drive – the main entrance to Bloom – and Mulberry Street – the gateway to downtown Fort Collins. Here, the natural landscape is in harmony with Bloom’s signature design elements and urban materials. It’s the community’s grand entrance to what blossoms within.
