Tour Hartford’s Condo Model Homes Coming to Bloom Fort Collins
Mark your calendar if you haven’t already: Hartford Homes will host an event on June 8 from 10 a.m. to noon and their Condos model homes in our sister community, Mosaic, right next door.
Come have a coffee from the Coffee Stop food truck and tour the fully-finished model homes of Hartford’s Condos. While the Bloom Condos are not open for tours yet, seeing the model homes in Mosaic will allow visitors to immerse themselves in the finishes and layout of this thoughtful home product, and also see these homes in their intended surroundings with rich, full landscaping.
The Hartford Homes Condos at Bloom offer a selection of five plans in three elevations: Farmhouse, Mid Century Modern, and Craftsman. Both single and two-story plans are available, ranging in size from 866-square-foot Carnegie plan to the 1,697-square-foot Vanderbilt plan. Many of the plans feature covered decks.
